How do you get business connections for start up promotions?
If i have investment money and a prime investor for my business, how do I promote my business? How do I gain connections with other business owners and gain clients? I know you have to talk to people, thats a given but who do you talk and what kind of places? I know about angel and venture capitalist, but I am asking how do you get the connections you need to promote your business?
Is this an Internet business? What I’m going to suggest is for a brick and mortar business. Look up BNI in google. What that it is is a group of individuals that meets for the same reason, to meet other business people and make connection. Look for other networking groups in your area. Make business cards and be prepared to kiss some butt.
