What is the best suitable (small) business with minimum investment and maximum profit?

I am living in Pune, India.Intend to invest Rs. 2 lacs in any type of small business like shop or any retail shoppe but could not find any proper and suitable business so far. I know Rupees 2 lacs amount is very less to open a new business but also it is said that One Rupee invested with carefully planned gives 100 in returns. so please suggest me if you have in your mind, I would be thanksful to you. PLEASE SERIOUSLY.
