Websites or companies I can get advice from on starting a business in N.I?

I want to open my open a shop in the town I live in, in Northern Ireland. I hope to open a Comic Book Shop/Multiplayer Gaming Centre. I am looking for websites/contacts on;

- Advice for starting company
- Local investors
- Government plans for investment and help for small businesses.

This is my first business attempt so any advice will be gratefully recieved. Thank you.

    I was looking at a website for an accountants the other day that are based in Northern Ireland, they might be worth a phone call at the very least.

    The other people to try is Business Link. I think they have branches in Northern Ireland. Their website is very helpful, too.
