Feb. 16 (Bloomberg) — Barclays Plc President Robert Diamond talks about the bank's full-year earnings and his decision along with Chief Executive Officer John Varley to decline to take a bonus for a second year. The uks second-largest bank said profit more than doubled to 9.39 billion pounds (.8 billion) lifted by investment banking and the sale of its Barclays Global Investors unit to blackrock Inc. Speaking with Bloomberg's Rishaad Salamat, Diamond also comments on hiring at Barclays Capital and the outlook for growth in private banking.
