Philippines Real Estate Investment Tips?
My family is originally from there so we have always pondered the possibility of investing in Philippines real estate or a condo. I heard there’s an area called Fort Bonifacio that is up and coming. Any natives have any input? Thanks!
if u want a risk-free investment, y not check in2 bank cds? if something happens, & u invest in the wrong thing/s u could lose all yer $$$. if u invest in2 cds, they’re the most secure.
Fort Bonifacio used to be a military base but has been converted into a commercial and entertainment center. Now called The Fort, it is quickly becoming the go-to place for businesses and leisure activities.
