id like to know eveything about conducting a feasibility study regarding laundry business here in cebu city?
il use it in my fesibility..i want to know what are the processes needed in investing for the business,the machines needed,the pricing strategies,usual problems encountered and the expected coxt of putting up the business..thanks
Know the area, is it needed? Who would be my possible costumers? Do I have enough capital for the business? And lastly can I put myself on it? If your answer is yes then go for it. The equipment you need is washing machine(with higher capacity), drier,flat iron, laundry bins, hangers, cabinets for dress, if your going to give a free delivery you can start with a bicycle or a motorcycle the problems you might encounter is satisfaction of your costumers, in that kind of business you must know the fabric(cotton,wool, satin, etc.). The laundry powder your going to use and softener, these are some problems. The cost would depend on the brands and its price on your local.
